AW169 helicopters are the largest used by air ambulances in the UK. They are a fairly modern helicopter having first been used commercially in 2015ish (I'm tired and don't want to fully fact check). AgustaWestland fully merged with Leonardo in 2016 - so the technical name is Leonardo AW169 (just forget that AW stands for AgustaWestland).
AW169s have a five blade rotor and an angled tail rotor, H145D3s are 5 blades with a fenestron, H145D2s are 4 blades with a fenestron and H135s are 4 blades with a fenestron (but a bit smaller than the H145). EC135s and H135s are a successor to Bo105s which are a funny looking helicopter - very clearly designed in the 60s. EC135s came into service during the late 90s and became H135s in 2014 when Airbus acquired Eurocopter. Airbus also bought Aerospatiale, so manufactured AS365s until 2021. Aerospatiale also made AS355s which one belonging to the then Kent Air Ambulance crashed in 1998, killing all three crew members on board. This is the only fatal helicopter crash involving a charity air ambulance (Scottish Ambulance Service has had a couple of accidents, I believe involving fixed wing aircraft).
