Application concern

I've applied to the university of Bristol and was reading through their contextual offer criteria. They have a list of all the aspiring school they consider for a contextual offers. My schools old name is currently on the list, however the new name is not. On my education tab I have the old school name still, however my references says its from the new school name. Their website states that you must apply through a school that's on the list. Can I check what centre Im applying through on UCAS, or should I contact the admissions team.

On UCAS, you can find your centre details if you click on your application and click 'view all details'. If you scroll below your personal statement section there should be your Centre reference with your full school name and address of that school. I'd email admissions to be safe but it could take a while to hear a response.
