Available opportunities?

So I'm in year 12 and looking to go to uni or maybe a degree apprenticeship. I'm studying maths, physics, chemistry and further maths and I'm hoping to go into engineering, materials science, nat sci, physics/maths, maybe even biochemistry. I'm not too sure.

I'm gonna aim the highest I can (Oxbridge?) even if I can't make it there, but I've only just decided to start putting in effort.
Therefore, I've missed out on lots of opportunities like stem smart and the Cambridge senior physics challenge (I assume it's too late to have a chance at that).
I am gonna give the chemistry Olympiad a good go, but I'm not expecting much.

Anyway, my question is, what can I do to appeal to unis, especially Oxbridge? What opportunities are still available to me? Can I have some specific examples if possible instead of something generic like 'supercurriculars'.
Thanks

you might still be able to apply to sutton trust if the application period is still open/you're eligible!

ofc, id advise maybe not applying to the oxbridge Sutton trust streams purely because so many people do and so ur less likely to be accepted
