ucas application mistake

idk if this is anything to panic abt but ive only realised now that on my ucas application i didn't put my combined science grade as a double grade but a single grade (i got 3-3 and put in single grade 3 in ucas). i've received 3 offers recently so i'm not sure whether i should contact ucas or the unis?

You'll need to fill this out: Amend Qualifications Form | ucas.com

Technically you've given the unis wrong information, which can lead to your offers being withdrawn, so I would also encourage you to contact them. It's highly unlikely to change anything, but you want to make sure you've fully covered yourself (in the rare instance where they decide to strictly follow all processes)

This is a common mistake - don't worry - just fill in the form and email each of your Unis.
As well as filling in the form it's worth talking to your college/sixth form UCAS teacher. If they're ticking the box to say that they've checked your qualifications when they add your reference then they also missed this. It's the sort of error schools/colleges should be picking up on.
