Making a bold assumption that you're female. If so, then you're fine.

NHS website says this (based on data you've given me):


Of course this isn't definitive - you may be carrying more fat etc. I obviously can't tell.

As long as you're living a healthy lifestyle, I don't think there's much to worry about. If you're really worried then speak to your GP.

For a girl it is healthy weight. For a boy you are underweight. I guess that your gender is female.

If you are 14 you are still growing and you shouldn't bother about trying to maintain your current weight; you could grow taller. If you lead a healthy lifestyle you'll be fine, but you need your calories and nutrients, so don't go restricting foods or over-exercising.

just to let you know, that is not underweight for a male. Screenshot 2025-06-14 10.52.54 AM.png at the same height and an age like 15 theres really not a huge difference
