Hiya I’ve had a random person book a test for me on my Dvsa I am unable to find out who has done it but seems like they hacked my account

I have cancelled the random test that they have booked

I have now booked my own test where I wanted it

Does anyone know how I can prevent this person from logging back into my account for example like cancelling my test and invading my privacy

I have contacted Dvsa though email and just waiting for a response
