Religion: y10: 2 y11: 4 (paper 1: 2, paper 2: 7)

To be honest they r higher than what i thought because i left all revision till the day before and everyone around me had been non stop revising for weeks. Though for me i cannot wrap my head around revision unless my test is really close idk why i just cant concentrate , hence why i can never get homework or anything done. The only ones i didnt revise for were business, religous studies and obvs language which is clearly reflected.

Anyone have any advice for starting revision as i am yet to start my day to day revision and have no idea where to start. I think my brain just believes that if i can get good grades with such minimal revision “what is the point” but i just have a photographic memory which lasts for a couple days; hence why day before revision can do me fine. Though if i could go up a couple grades that would be nice idk.. ( im taking A level: Bio, chem and psych in sept25 )

everyone has different methods of revising so whatever works for you is good however ofcourse it’s better not to let revision build up and doing some everyday is the best way. the more time you spend and the more effort you put in now will make you feel so much better at the end of it. nonetheless those are amazing grades!

Look, tbh if u want to do well at RS you HAVE to know content, especially for paper 1. Myself, I didnt do to great on p1 but cooked on p2 cus my argumentative essay style is great - you need to revise rs to do well.

i can help for science and english - i js got a 4 in my history mock yesterday 🥲🥲.
The paper 1 biology in 25 minutes on youtube ( they have the same thing for chem and paper 2 etc ) are the best to just watch and make subtle notes on. Then the day before each exam i just go onto cognito and fill in the quizzes over and over again for the stuff i struggle with and that works for me!
- English, may sound stupid, but tiktok is amazing for it. Just search for the papers and you get the best tips from teachers and stuff so it makes it so easy.
Try it for revision for like 2 days and do a past paper and see if it works for you!!!

i have not started revision yet…. so dont worry. I have really fallen out of the routine since December and i literally do not have the effort to complete homework lmao. But i know in a month i will use the stress to my advantage and work my arse off then.
I do not recommend this but it has been the only way that works for me.
Some people like to do an hour or two everyday but i simply cannot remember content like that ahah

heyy, i got 99999998888 in my gcses last year and didn't start revising at all until april so dw about starting late. tbh, just try and start with setting a time (e.g. 5pm) every day where you revise, even if you initially just do 5 minutes. getting into a habit of revising really helped me, and i'm trying to do it again for alevels
