UCAS Qualification Query

I asked a bit ago a question for some advice about my Qualifications on UCAS, the TL;DR is that I studied my diploma overseas in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and UCAS didn't seem to have anything close or similar to my qualification here. I solved that issue by simply listing my Diploma grades and qualification as an International Non-EU Qualification, and inputing all 24 of my modules and their codes manually. However recently I got word back from my school in regards to my qualifications UK equivalency, it's as follows:

"This Diploma in Communication falls under Diploma (MQF Level 4).
According to UK ENIC website, Diploma (MQF Level 4) is equivalent to UK BTEC Level 4 / SQA Higher National Certificate (HNC) (SCQF Level 7)"

My question is, should I redo my qualification on UCAS as a BTEC or keep it as is (International Non-EU Qualif.)? When I look at the drop down menus for the BTEC it doesn't seem to be what I should do, not only because my diploma is only an equivalent, not an actual UK BTEC, but also because the grades I can choose are not whats on my grade transcript (UCAS BTEC dropdown menu grades are Pass, Fail, or PPP, DDD, etc. and my grades were in the typical A+, A, A-, B, C, D, etc), as well as the awarding organisation being limited to UK orgs, while my exams at my previous school were more than likely certified by either the school itself or a local Malaysian org.
Thanks!

PS sorry for being so wordy with this one, but on the International Non-EU qualif. there is an option for Level, I initially put N/A, but now since I know that my Diploma is equivalent to a UK BTEC Level 4, should I put in something to that effect? (only allowed 10 characters, so something like UK equiv. LVL4) Or should I leave it as N/A?

Do not convert it to a BTEC.
You must enter it as the original overseas qualification name and grade.

Leave it
You can send these details with your certificate/transcript to any university who needs more details. Universities can look up qualifications on ENIC themselves
