ODP interview

I have an ODP interview too I'm really nervous don't know what they will be doing but my interview is 4 hours long i also have a numeracy and literacy assessment.

Hi, the interview was really straight forward and the questions were just regarding how you’ve had a good impact on someone , why you want to be an odp and them sort of questions. The email with the link they sent you is important to scan over as they will ask about constitutes and values of nhs but only briefly !
