Giving universities LNAT access

Hi, Bristol contacted me saying that they cant give me an offer until i give them access to my LNAT results. They said to do this i must make sure that my UCAS details and my LNAT account details match but they already did. Not sure what to do and worried they wont be able to give me an offer. I wasn’t sure if it was a generic email but i asked others applying to Bristol and law and they said they didn’t receive the same email. I would contact the university but they said not to unless you get the same email in February. Anyone know what i should do?

Make sure your UCAS ID number is on your LNAT account and that you've selected Bristol as one of the universities you're applying to

They always did match and I’ve always had Bristol selected so im not sure really what to do

Have you ticked the Bristol box on your LNAT account? I know its a simple thing but I’ve seen so many people not realise universities can’t access LNAT without it
