Did you get an email update? I got one to say I was on the reserve list but trying to work out if everyone got put on it initially!

Yes just got a reply with the same, feel like a lot of people would get this when there is a high number of roles.
What scores did you get if you don't mind me asking?

I've heard that sometimes with massive campaigns they put everyone on the reserve list initially and then start to allocate roles. I got 5's across the board for behaviours and a 6 for the technical task. But I guess it depends which location everyone has selected as they'll allocate in score order with location preference 🙂 but I haven't heard of anyone getting a role yet so could be that we are all on the reserve list?

No. I am still on the reserve list. I feel I met the standard and was successful but have no promotion to show for it. We will either get plucked from the list or discarded at will

Just some helpful info incase you didn't know - everyone who passed the interview got put on the reserve list and they are allocating roles from that. I emailed and asked them because I thought I've got nothing to lose! ☺️ They'll be working their way through the reserve list and depending on how many places there are in each site and which site you applied for, you could be in luck very soon 😁 feel free to message me if you like.xx
