Posting/ Uploading CAO documents?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone else encountered this issue. I'm applying through the CAO as an EU student doing A-levels, and I need to provide documents to prove my GCSE and A level results. On the CAO website in their documents and FAQ sections they say documents can either be uploaded or posted, but in the handbook it says documents must be posted, not uploaded. I have already uploaded mine but now i'm worried that they actually need to be posted instead. Also it states that documents cannot be both uploaded AND posted so i'm not sure what to do. Does anyone know if uploading is sufficient for A level/GCSE results? Thanks so much!

Hey, I'm by no means an expert at this but I'm also applying to CAO this year and struggled to figure out the documents. By you already uploaded your documents do you mean you registered them in previous education or do you mean you've found a way to attach it as a pdf? If you've just registered it and not actually uploaded the documents then I'd say send them by post (I did that and they've been approved). Otherwise if you have uploaded the actual documents as long as the documents are part of the few documents you're allowed to upload I think you should be fine. If you're really worried I'd suggest you call them up because they were really helpful when I called (much more helpful than they are by email)

As the parent of a TCD student, they had to send certified (by school) copies of all GCSE by post.
The CAO collects A levels directly, and yes they are really helpful if you ever need to call.
Don't send the originals!
