ESG Advisor Certification - Financial Regulation Courses

Has anyone done this course or is currently undertaking it? How are you finding it, and if completed, what was the exam like as well as its difficulty? I am doing the certification at the moment but finding it a bit tough. Help would be appreciated!

Thanks

Hi there! I’d strongly recommend being cautious with courses from financialregulationcourses.com. There have been several reports of unethical practices linked to them. They’re allegedly associated with graduatefinancialrecruitment.com and seem to lure individuals in with job offers, only to sell their courses instead.
What’s worse, after completing the course, there’s no guarantee of a job, and many have found themselves out of pocket with nothing to show for it. It’s been called a scam by quite a few people, so please do thorough research before proceeding. There are more reputable options available for the ESG Advisor Certification. Stay vigilant!

Hey, I totally get where you’re coming from. I actually did a course with financialregulationcourses.com and had a pretty rough experience. They made a lot of promises about career support and job guarantees, but none of that happened. It felt like I was just left hanging after finishing the course. I’d suggest being careful and maybe exploring other providers. You don’t want to waste time or money on something that doesn’t deliver. Hope it works out for you, though!

oh no! That is exactly how I ended up on this course! I was approached by graduate financial recruitment who "sponsored" me to do it and I only had a pay a small portion towards my exam fee. I havent completed the exam yet, but they did say I will be a candidate for the interviews for an ESG role but I havent heard much since as I was trying to finish the course. What do you suggest I can do?

Im honestly so shocked as I had no idea. When I researched the financial regulation courses everything seemed quite good. I wish I knew before I signed up for this. Although I wasn't promised a job, I was told I'd be a candidate for one and that if I didnt get the role then I wouldnt have to pay anything back for the sponsorship.

I’m really sorry to hear that unfortunately, this is a pattern with both financialregulationcourses.com and Graduate Financial Recruitment. They often make big promises about sponsorships and guaranteed roles, but many people are left disappointed after completing the course.
I strongly suggest doing more research on both companies to get a clearer picture. Reddit and similar forums can be helpful for finding others’ experiences. It’s important to fully understand who you’re dealing with before putting in more time or effort.
Best of luck

I totally understand your shock, it’s definitely frustrating when things don’t match up to expectations. That whole ‘candidate for a job’ thing can be misleading because a lot of people have been in the same boat, expecting more support than they actually got. I’d say take a step back, and maybe consider looking into other providers who are more transparent with their offerings. It’s tough, but at least now you know to be cautious in the future. Hope everything works out for you, and best of luck with the rest of the course!
