Which university was it that you liked?

Do you have any specific media that you prefer to work in or want to try out?

Hi @Larysa2008
League tables can be a good starting point to identify universities that are good for your subject Art and Design Rankings 2025. Or alternatively this website can be a good way to narrow down universities based on other criteria Undergraduate Fine Art Courses.
Hope this helps!

i really liked UCA, i like using all medias, but digital, but i really like working with clay the most, but wouldn't want to prioritize in just clay

Hi @Larysa2008

I'm going to give mostly the same advice that I usually give, which is go to as many open days as you can and chat to the lecturers. See how you feel abut each Uni. Virtual open days are useful for this too.

Also, because you're not sure which medium, ask if they have open access to all the workshops/labs. Some Unis restrict what you can work in by putting you on a 'track', like 2d or 3d,so you might not get into the workshops that you like. It sound like being able to try different things is something that you would want.

Hope that helps

What is a better measure?

Hey @Larysa2008,

I currently study BA (Hons) Fine Art and Art History at Kingston University London, but we do also have a BA Fine Art course - Fine Art BA (Hons) - if it would be of interest.

I'd definitely recommend attending open days for any universities you're strongly considering. Open days are a good opportunity to see studio spaces and student work, both of which were a big factor in my choice of university. If you have any questions about studying Fine Art in general, I'd be more than happy to help answer them.

Best of luck with your university search! 🙂
