Freaking Out - NO LOGIN DETAILS FOR NOTTINGHAMHUB ACCOUNT

Hi guys, so I really need help. I'm trying to submit my portfolio for Nottingham architecture (it's due tomorrow!!), however when I try to log on to my NottinghamHub account I cant as I don't know my username and all the links they added in the email don't work I was only able to change my password.
WHAT DO I DO.
I also dont know who I am meant to email about it or how to navigate their "struggle to sig in" portion.

Hey! So I'm in the vetmed thread and several people on there have also had issues logging into their Nottingham hub portal today. I would email them to inform them of the technical difficulties, but don't stress too much bc it seems like a widespread issue.

As for who to email, I would recommend that you navigate to their website and pick out an email that would best suit your needs from the "contact" section.

Thank youuu, I got it solved a few hours after posting this actually. I just clicked a lot of buttons and it seemed to work out. I also tried out my email as the username and that worked, so thankfully I submitted.

Hi guys I’m currently struggling so I’ve uploaded my portfolio onto documents in Nottinghamhub ( do they automatically receive it ? Or do I have to do something else ) AND I accidentally sent more than 12-16 ( required ) amount of images like I sent a lot more 😭 would they still consider me

The log in detail should be on the last email before them asking for your portfolio, and there was a link I think or user I can’t remember

Hi there! Once your portfolio is uploaded to the Hub, there isn't anything else to do! It will be processed by the support team and passed on to the school to review 🙂
