Study Motivation

I used to be an academic weapon but since Year 10 I am struggling a lot and I’m just about passing. I come home from school and I get tired quite easily, I can’t really find the motivation, no matter what videos i watch etc. I think I’m just burnt out but I’ve got my mocks in a couple weeks and I do triple science and am reallyy hoping for good grades.
I usually do flashcards but I stopped since it takes me a lot of time and I don’t really use them to go over topics. I started doing mind maps by watching cognito and fsl videos, but i’m not really sure how to get into the top mark bands.

Also, when i’ve completed all the past papers what do I do? Are there any practise papers for elsewhere I could use?

Any tips would help, thank you ! ☺️

Maybe give yourself one day a week off from revising, try to just relax and allow your mind to relax too.
For extra questions, try cognito, physics and maths tutor, or Seneca.
Also make sure to get enough sleep, try revising in chunks, for an hour at a time for example, have a break then another hour, but try to get to bed at a decent time, even if you have to leave behind some revision.
And don't get too caught up on social media or playing video games, if you want to relax try doing a hobby or reading a book as these are probably better for you.
Hope your mocks go well, take care
