Uni of London isn't the only uni that do online degrees. I would suggest you do your research first.

A more appropriate question what sort of degree do you intend to do and why. If you are getting a degree, why did you drop out of the first one and why would the second time round be any different?

If what you intend to do after the degree does not require a degree, then you're setting up for an expensive endeavour. If you intend to do something that requires a degree, consider a degree apprenticeship instead of a degree. If you intend on doing something that normally requires a degree but you can get around it with alternative qualifications, then I would consider the alternative qualifications.

I cannot tell you how difficult it is to self fund a degree. If this changes later on this year due to Labour's proposed policy, people should be able to access Student Finance again irrespective of what they did before.

To answer your question though, Uni of London is an accredited uni. I would check the individual courses that they do though.

the only reason why I'm going to an online university is because I don't have an ILR which i need to get after living in the uk for 5 years which means that I won't be able to access student finance ( I will be considered as an international student as I have a leave to remain visa instead meaning i would pay more than a usual UK student). Also I'm thinking of doing psychology as a degree and which isn't really a degree apprenticeship

Using the following link for accredited BPS degrees: https://portal.bps.org.uk/Accredited-Courses
You can find 16 online undergrad psychology degrees from 10 different universities that are currently accredited.
