PostGraduate Loan Awaiting confirmation

Hi,

So basically I start my master's next week on 21.01.2025 my Sfe payments are due on 20.01.2025 and payment for university is due on the same date, now is Friday and my payment is still "Awaiting confirmation". I called the uni to ask about this, and they said that I need to attend some classes before they confirm my attendance to Sfe. My question is how can I pay on 20.01 if I start classes on 21.01 and why my attendance? on the sfe says they need to confirm my enrolment to uni.

Hi there,

When you officially start your course the university will confirm you registration to us on the system we share with them. This normally takes 1-3 working days to show. Once showing confirmed, your payment will then be 3 working days to reach your account.

The first payment every year of your course may be a few days later than the date given, due to this process. The Tuition Fees are paid once the university confirm the attendance to us.
