Looking for someone to take over a tenancy on Harrison Place in Newcastle

Private rented accommodation with 6 bedrooms in total and looking at letting one room. The other 5 rooms consists of other students at Northumbria university

Rent is 501.07 per month
Water gas electric £69.61 per month

I had to pay a deposit on moving in unsure if you will have to but it was just under £400 pounds

the tenancy ends on the 21/09/2025

It is in an ideal location close to Northumbria university, Jesmond bars and has local shops.

I don’t have any photos of the room but it is a medium-large room and can get these photos sent to you as I will be retrieving more belongings as of next week

House has 3 floors. 3 toilets (2 showers) spacious living room and modern kitchen.
