Grad roles

I keep getting rejected. How much longer will it take

repeating the same flaws again and again is insanity. Look over your cv and practice psychometric tests.

Any tips on video interviews

Make sure you do enough research in advance so you can spend about a minute taking about each of:
- why you want to work for the company
- what you know about the particular grad scheme, and the career more generally
- why you decided to apply for this job

For scenario questions, use the STAR framework to answer them.

Sometimes it’s best not to prepare specific answers for questions, but instead brainstorm a list of things you’ve done that you can talk about. Try and use a different example for each question.

Lastly, try and pretend you are talking to an actual person (or maybe a stuffed toy), and try and relax as if you are in a normal relationship interview. Dress up smart, make sure your video is well lit, and don’t let making a mistake throw you - recover in the same way you would in a normal interview.

Good luck!
