need UCAS application advice for law

hi guys!! i'm sending off my UCAS soon and i need advice. i'm predicted A*BB in religious studies, maths and chemistry (+ a pending grade for EPQ) and i'm planning on applying for law. i sat my LNAT on 30.12 (just before the KCL and UCL deadline) and i think it went okay, maybe my essay was stronger than the MCQ. my GCSEs were 9998887777, and my teachers have said my personal statement is quite good. i really want to get into a top russell group uni (A*AA) and i'm wondering what the likelihood of me getting in is? i know law is super competitive, i've got extenuating circumstances of significant bereavement and significant medical issues (which is the reason my predicted grades are kinda low). i'm rlly worried 😖 i'll definitely apply to some lower grade unis but would it be worth taking up 2 or 3 spaces for A*AA universities or not? thank you!!

Are you eligible for a contextual offer and which A*AA universities are you considering (as some are more competitive than others)?

i'm thinking UCL (bc i think my LNAT essay was stronger than MCQ) and KCL and i'm eligible for contextual offers for both, for my non-LNAT A*AA uni i was thinking warwick but im not eligible for contextual (I've only been to ucl and kcl open days so idrk what any other unis are like)

If you are eligible for contextual, you might have a chance for UCL and KCL as your predicted grades might be considered as equivalent to the contextual requirement (AAB vs your prediction of A*BB), plus you have extenuating circumstances. However, if you do decide to apply to those unis, I might try going safe for some of your other choices, such as maybe Exeter's law with business (double check that unis requirements though and if you are eligible for contextual) and other unis with lower requirements, as London unis are risky for everyone (they're just so competitive).
how did you add your epq to your ucas cause its saying i cannot add my title because of the amount of characters and has ""??

Id try asking your teachers to give you higher predicted grades, im predicted AAA and have got offers for law from all the unis i applied for where the entry requirements are AAA. I also applied to kings which require A*AA and i got rejected based off the fact my predicted grades arent high enough.

my A*BB are my moved up grades (except maths who wouldn't move me up 😖). do u have extenuating circumstances/eligible for contextual?
