Ideas in time off from uni

I have had to withdraw from my uni course and have found myself at a bit of an improtu gap year. I have to kill time until September when my course starts but not entirely sure of what to do with myself. Everyone I know who has taken a gap year already has plans, I do not enjoy travelling on my own and I am keen to move out again after having a taste of intependence.
If anyone has any ideas for jobs/opportunities that may be interesting or fun, Id love to hear them. I live a very active lifestyle so if its activities based even better.

Ooo I took a gap yr myself. But I have to say the highlight was travelling solo! Doesn't feel very solo when you meet ppl along the way. But otherwise, just explore whatever. Try everything. If you've got a car, go hiking. Train for a marathon. Try and start a side hustle? There are lots of work opportunities abroad like ski teaching, being camp counsellor and teaching that'd be useful and fun!

Are you wanting to stay in the UK or go abroad? There are a lot of opportunities, I did the whole backpacking things to SE Asia, Australia, NZ, USA. Loved it, worked/volunteered, booked tours and also did a bit of travelling solo and with a friend. If you don't enjoy travelling solo consider group tours, they are a great way to meet people and have fun. There are lots of websites maybe Google is best or use a site like Gap Year World. Good luck let me know if you have any questions or anything
