How to deal with one?!

How to deal with a narcissistic, controlling mom and why would she recently got this behavior, she didn’t had it before?!

It is kind of mental illness. You will need to leave her forever. She will never change. It is sad, but you do not need to suffer because of her.

try being patient and maybe ask her what's wrong. she might be going through something you're not aware of leading to this sudden change. or maybe she's become overworried about you for some reason, have you recently had any big changes in your life? obviously don't put yourself in a place where you're just getting hurt/abused but hopefully its just a temporary thing.

Try to notice the difference in attitude when something occurs - then try to find the root source for this behaviour. But remember, causation always leads to an effect - everything happens for a reason.

So try to understand your mother and comfort her in any way possible!

I wish you both all the best.
