Medical School Intercalation

Hi there,

I plan on attending UofE in September, to study medicine. At Edinburgh, during your 3rd year, you must intercalate, whether it be at the UofE, or at another Medical school. I'm just wondering if anyone knows whether I would be able to intercalate at St Andrews, as St andrews don't do the traditional intercalation pathway.

Just email the Uni admissions team to ask, they will give you a clearer and more accurate answer than anyone on here could.
Why are you going to St. Andrews to intercalate? Is it a specific degree they have? If you'd be willing to tell I'd like to hear!
Best of luck to you.

I'm honestly just curious. It's a pretty uni and I'd like to study there, but not for long, just a year
