Leeds Uni (I don’t know what to do)

Guys I got an offer by Leeds University for Economics BSc and it’s likely my first choice. But because I got a contextual offer it’s my lowest and I have to put it as my firm to get the contextual.
This means I won’t have an insurance, so if I didn’t get into Leeds I’d have to go through clearing anyways..
I’m not sure as to what to do with Leeds as it’s a far distance from me currently and I won’t be able to see family and friends often. I’m not sure what to do…

I don’t see any problem as putting Leeds as your firm choice, as you said, if you didn’t get the grades for Leeds you would have to go through clearing and wouldn’t get into any other choice. How far is Leeds from where you live? Of course you want to see your family and friends at uni but you will also be very busy with studying, making new friends etc.
Think about all the pros and cons and write them down, it will he’ll you make your decision🙂

It’s around 2 hours 40 mins in the train from where I live, I dont know if I’ll guarantee getting into a good uni with similar ranking for economics like Leeds through clearing- like getting into Sheffield or Nottingham possibly. I wasn’t sure whether Sheffield offers economics BA through clearing and Nottingham uni offering industrial economics through clearing too
