Going to uni in France with a levels

Hey everyone, I am currently in y11 in England and i am going to take my gcses at the end of this year ! I am supposed to choose my a levels/IB subject for next year but I am a bit confused and I have many questions as I don't really know how my choices could impact my future. I am a french native speaker and came to England at the start of y10, and therefore I also have the French Diploma ( brevet ). I want to study medicine, but I don't really know whether I want to go to uni in France or England yet.. I'd like to do Math/Chemistry/Biology as my a levels, and I was wondering whether doing a levels instead of the French baccalaureate would make it hard for me to get into a french university ( Such as La Sorbonne or Paris-cite).
