KCL POSTGRAD: What does “being held” mean?
King’s website said “…for some of these applicants, a decision may not be reached until after February and where possible, will be made by May. You will be informed via King’s Apply if your application is being held.”
I am an International student, could anyone tell me what does “being held” mean here? Does it mean the application is under review or the application is postponed?
