Hi Fad, if we are now paying this on your behalf then you'd need to speak to the childcare provider directly. Thanks, Jason

Hi there,

We pay directly the childcare provider so can't make payments to yourself. You would need to speak to your provider about possibly refund from them.

Thanks,
Claire

Hi
I ask my childcare provider but as September and October while I was waiting for SFE approval but I didn’t apply childcare grant as I thought it’s was the same and uc will not consider as income but as of November payment due to be paid in December I found out I have to paid back September and October and November was nulled cause of my student income.
And December I apply to Childcare grand and was approved but now three month that how to claim back as I only have SFE as a income
Kind regards

Hi there. As previously mentioned we don't deal with refunds between you and the Childcare Provider (CCP).

Your entitlement is backdated to the start of your course.

If the CCP wants to submit an invoice for the September and October period then they will need to do this, and you would need to deal with the refund of your money with the CCP directly. Thanks, Leah.
