have had this same issue for the last 5 years of postgraduate study. every year i have to phone to get things done. they almost dont know what to do with us. its all about undergraduates and if you dont do exactly what they want every year its your fault - even if they dont inform you
Did you get it sorted? Same happened to me so I went on my CCCU account and I registered myself without any email. They said it has been an error. But both CCCU and Elizabeth school of London failed to inform me about. Now I'm waiting for the student finance confirmation because they still haven't confirmed yet.
