PPE interviews at Oxford

What was everyone's experience of the interview process for PPE?
I got an interview at Mansfield and unfortunately, I got overwhelmed by having 3 professors all online with me at the same time! So, I bombed the interview and got rejected.
I'm wondering if any of the colleges do separate interviews of one professor at a time?

Practically all Colleges interview with multiple interviewers. The rationale for this is that a) an interviewer can be engaged with the conversation/questioning while another is judging you based upon your answers b) different interviewers may have different styles of questioning, so they are doing you a favour by seeing whether you are apt at answering some line of questioning c) the opinion of a sole interviewer, if grossly disproportionate to your level, can be levelled out by the opinions and views of other interviewers (consider it like a double-blind journal review (without the blind part)).
