Are you sure MMU actually offer "international business marketing"? Perhaps you mean:
Business and Marketing
International Business Management
or something similar?

Only UK students need GCSEs/IGCSEs (GCSE grade C/4 in English Language and Mathematics, or Functional Skills). International students need an IELTS score of 6.0 overall with no individual element below 5.5.

As you you've mentioned IELTS, I assume you're an international student. Can you confirm?

Yes I’m international student, my bad it’s international business management. Can I do the IELTS after my a level exams, thank you. I’m afraid it’s too late and I might get rejected.

Yes, you can. Ideally, you'd add IELTS as a "pending" qualification to your UCAS application, so they know you're planning to take it. But even if you forget, it's not likely to be an issue.

Either way, any offer you receive will include a condition stipulating the IELTS score you must obtain. That condition must be met by the end of August - i.e. a month or so before you start uni, and perhaps two months after your last A level. Don't forget to allow time to have obtained the result by the end of August (that can take a week or two, depending on whether you've taken the test on-line or on paper).

Ideally, you'd take the IELTS by the end of July, so you'd have your result by the time you A level results arrive. That way, you'll know where you stand with everything. (You might want to check now with local test centres to see if they have waiting lists for booking, or if they expect to be busy around that time - just in case!)
