University of Lincoln or Reading

I got an offer from both universities and i am stuck deciding. I am doing Architecture and trying to find some stand out features of each. For example what is the nightlife like in each?? or accommodation??
Any information would be greatly appreciated!!!

You don't need to decide your firm/insurance choices until June. Try to attend the applicant/offer-holder days in Spring and then decide.

Hi there,

Congratulations on your offer to study Architecture at Reading!🙂 Reading is a great campus with lots of great features i'm sure you would really like! One of my favourite things about Reading is the green campus space, especially Whiteknights lake! Reading also has great nightlife, with lots of bars/clubs and also Wednesday Union which takes place at the university. This takes place every Wednesday and is always really busy. It is also only 30 mins to London on the train so weekends can be spent easily commuting to London if this is something you are interested in!

The University of Reading also offers plenty of on and off campus accommodation which is modern and close to all of the key facilities. Options include both catered, self-catered, shared bathrooms and en-suite rooms etc which means there is something for everyone! Costs vary depending on what room you go for, but all of the information for accommodation can be found here. If you haven't had a chance to visit to take a look around the accommodation, you can do a virtual tour here! This is a great way to get a feel for what the accommodation is like 🙂

Reading is a wonderful university campus with lots of activities all the time and loads to get involved in! I have loved my first 2 years and would recommend taking a look around either in-person or virtually to get a feel for the university!

Let me know if you have any more questions about student life!

All the best,
Millie 🙂
