Starting Callisthenics/Yoga/Running

Ok! So after my GCSEs I want to get into the things above, for various reasons - one being that i have scoliosis so need a strong core and flexibility - but also just for muscle gain and general health. I’m pretty pathetic right now, and I’m a girl + vegetarian so gaining strength is harder, but I wondered if anyone had any advice from beginners? Thankyou!

you can start doing yoga rn in your room!! i use the youtube channel two birds yoga and it's so good. there are different length videos but they're generally all vinyasa, i.e. moderate paced flow, yoga so sometimes you do break a sweat!! there are also core focused videos if that's what you want to do. yoga does genuinely help you become more flexible and tone your muscles, if not gradually gain muscle too 🙂 it's all in the chaturanga (push up motion that is used as a transition between poses very often in vinyasa, you'll get very used to it haha)

further advice would be to have fun with it!! look up some poses you want to do and work towards them. i'm trying to work towards kakasana (crow pose) rn and every time i practise, it's always just a very fun, relaxing thing to do 🥰

Acro-yoga is great. TSR deleted the photos in the profile.but I had a lot of photos doing acro-yoga. It is both healthy and helps with flexability.
I would suggest looking for a trainer who know how to.work with people with scoliosis.
