A-level Motivation, any advice?

Hello, currently in year 13 and just completed January mocks, i did terrible! I find it super hard to get going and revise my subjects. For context i take Physics, Maths and Spanish, all which give me a LOT of homework and they expect 7 hours of independent study a week per subject. I'm struggling to spend a full day at college, doing homework in all my free periods, and then get home and be expected to revise / finish the rest of my homework for a few more hours. Was wondering if there's anyone also in the same boat and would be able to share any tips and tricks they use to get motivated?

One thing that really helped me to revise/study more was deleting my social media, especially tiktok, instagram and snapchat. After you do that, I'd recommend making it easier to see the work you have to do (e.g make a list of topics you need to study). If you think you'll redownload your social medias straight away, its probably best to delete your accounts. It sounds harsh but trust me once you do that you'll find that there are much more hours in a day for studying.
