Hi @Zoeistired.

Please read through below tips and let us know what you found more useful and what less useful.

1. Create a schedule and plan ahead: Break your study material into manageable sections and allocate specific time slots for each topic. Prioritize subjects: Focus on subjects or topics you find most challenging first.

2. Use active learning techniques: Solve past exam papers or sample questions to familiarize yourself with the format and types of questions.Teach someone else: Explaining concepts to others can reinforce your understanding and highlight areas that need more review.

3. Utilize different study resources: Mix textbooks, online videos, and other materials to reinforce learning through different perspectives. Join or form study groups to discuss and review material together.

4. Take breaks: Study for 25 minutes and then take a 5-minute break. After four sessions, take a longer break (15-30 minutes). Regular breaks help improve concentration and retention.

5. Practice mindfulness and self-care: Ensure you’re getting enough sleep, eating well, and exercising. Balance is key during intense study periods. Practice relaxation techniques or mindfulness exercises to reduce anxiety.

6. Use visual aids: Create visual representations of information (like diagrams or charts) to help with memorization and understanding complex concepts. Also, you can use flashcards for quick reviews and self-testing.

7. Review regularly: Go over the material multiple times over increasing intervals to improve memory retention. Regular review helps reinforce what you’ve learned and keeps it fresh in your mind.

8. Stay Organized: Organize your notes, textbooks, and digital resources in a way that’s easy to access. Check off topics as you go to visualize your progress and build momentum.

9. Limit distractions: Find a quiet and comfortable place to study with minimal distractions. Also, consider turning off notifications on your devices or using apps that block distracting sites.

Let us know what worked for you.

Plan Your Study Schedule

1.

Create a timetable: Allocate time for each subject or topic, prioritizing areas where you need the most improvement.

2.

Set specific goals: Focus on what you want to accomplish in each study session (e.g., "Review chapter 3 and complete practice questions").

3.

Break it down: Study in chunks of 25–50 minutes with 5–10 minute breaks in between (Pomodoro Technique).

Organize Your Resources

1.

Gather materials: Have your notes, textbooks, and any past papers ready to avoid wasting time.

2.

Summarize key points: Create concise summaries, flashcards, or mind maps to make information easier to review.

Active Learning Techniques

1.

Practice questions: Do past papers and practice problems to apply your knowledge and get used to exam formats.

2.

Teach someone else: Explaining concepts out loud to a friend (or even to yourself) helps reinforce understanding.

3.

Use spaced repetition: Review material at intervals to help retain it long-term.

Stay Focused and Avoid Burnout

1.

Minimize distractions: Study in a quiet, organized space and keep your phone out of reach (or on Do Not Disturb).

2.

Mix it up: Rotate between subjects or topics to keep your brain engaged.

3.

Sleep and exercise: Ensure you're getting enough rest and moving around—this helps with focus and memory.

Exam-Specific Preparation

1.

Understand the exam format: Familiarize yourself with the structure, timing, and types of questions.

2.

Simulate exam conditions: Practice under timed conditions to build confidence.

Mindset and Motivation

1.

Stay positive: Remind yourself of your goals and reward small wins.

2.

Ask for help: Don’t hesitate to reach out to teachers, peers, or online resources if you're stuck.
