New tenant for Urbanest City - London Tower Bridge sought from April !!
Hey guys,
I have been studying at King's College in London since September 2024 and live in Urbanest City on London Tower Bridge.
As I absolutely have to move out in April and my contract runs until September, I need someone to take over my contract (private Bathroom, shared kitchen). As I will be going abroad for an internship, I would be happy to have found someone to take over my contract by March.
After consulting with King's Residences team, this is the right platform.

Hey! If u can’t find some one to take over, I can do a room swap with u, mine is orchard lisle, 243 per week is definitely cheaper than u. I want to do this is I want to have my own bathroom

Hi, I have an ensuite room available from March 1st until 6th September at Urbanest Westminster Bridge. The rent is £325 per week, which has been reduced by the university) and the room is lovely and modern, with a kitchen shared by only 6 people (which is rare for this accommodation).The accommodation is walking distance to many universities and directly overlooks Westminster Bridge. It has great connections, with less than 5 minutes to Waterloo Station, 6 minutes to Westminster Tube Station and is very easy to commute from.
