To be honest I have no idea and I'm not a doctor but I have slight similarities I guess? Please don't take my words for granted.

I would say it's a possibility it's stress...? As when I get stressed I start to feel really sick though never to the point of actually throwing up.
The dizziness could be from not eating enough/not enough liquids or something like that.

If you're determined not to go to the doctor I would say keep an eye on it - it's not normal to have those symptoms. If it gets worse, please go to the hospital or book an appointment.
For now maybe make sure you're definitely sleeping enough, drinking and eating enough as well as make sure you do have time to rest and try get rid of some of the stress (I know it's hard, I totally understand as I'm in a similar ish position)

good to know im not the only one : ( and yeah, i've never had stress affect me this badly before either, like i've never actually been physically sick from it, so this feels really weird. but if that's whats wrong, then it kinda makes sense, i think last night/today was too much and my body was like **** it, lets shut down

I'm not sure if it's purely stress but I do experience nausea really bad when I'm stressed or worried (which is 90% of the time). I don't know if it's the same thing as me but I have been diagnosed with anxiety so yours could be the same with more extreme symptoms. However I'm not sure lol.

It could be anything from food poisoning to your entire body shutting down.
See a doctor as soon as possible!

i had a very, very rough night/day, but the main thing causing my stress is sorted out now, so things should start getting better soon.i probably just need some sleep but my brain's still being a **** and refuses to shut down
