SFE Application for September 2025 start date.

Few things;
- Course starts September 2025
- I will be normally 3yrs resident on 5 August 2025
- My ILR application and decision will be sorted before 10 August 2025
- I currently independent (25+) and hold a 'Global Talent Leave to Enter' (3-year route) according to UKVI "There's no limit to how long you can stay in the UK in total" Is this considered Indefinite Leave to Enter then?

- What is the earliest I can apply to SFE?

Hi there, the new academic year launch is due around March time for the 25/26 applications for starting in September.
Under your current status 'Global Talent Leave to Enter', this would require further clarification by the Home Office as to the current status you possess at present. Thanks, Stephen.

Thanks for your response.

Alternatively, can I just apply after my settled status is granted in August?

Hi there, If you have received your settled status prior to the start of the academic year 01/09/25, then yes, you can apply with this status at that time. You may also start the application once they have been released with your current status, and provide the updated evidence later, once available. Thanks, Stephen.
