Studying abroad after access course?

Hello! I'm 22 and for personal/family reasons I haven't really taken GCSE's or A-Levels. Would it be possible for me to study abroad in either Poland or Italy (I have family in both) with just an access course, would universities accept that or do I need to get something else? What about a foundation course? I know they would probably accept A-levels if I took them but it is far too expensive to do that privately. Any help would really be appreciated I've been stuck on this and everything is so confusing without any help. I don't want to complete an access course only to find out I wouldn't be accepted abroad. I would really like to go to uni as soon as possible...

Hi, I may be able to help you about Italy. I had a look at the entry requirements for my (Italian) university and it seems like you would need to check with the International Desk as they only mention A levels. Still, you might have a chance and asking doesn't cost anything. Keep in mind that most universities in Italy require an additional entry test, plus it might be difficult to find English taught courses (it really depends on the specific university and the field of study).
Feel free to ask me any question!

Hey, thank you! I'll be sure to ask. I hope they do accept it since I have no A-levels, but access courses are supposedly equivalent to 3 A-levels
