paying back

My work place messed up my wage by paying me half a month and double the next by mistake. So student finance started taking money of me from my wage but I earn under the threshold of £27k. So technically I should not be paying yet. How can I get my money back and stop them taking money. Like I said I don't earn that much but my workplace paid me 2 months of wage in a month by mistake.
