Predicted grades, and contextual offers

Can a grade in a required subject be reduced if you receive a contextual offer? e.g if Maths is required at grade A but my predicted grade is B, will a contextual offer bring Maths requirements down to B or C?

If you meet the contextual offer for that University, you would be made the contextual offer for that course - not a bespoke offer allied to your predicted grades. It may be that that University still makes you an offer despite being 'below grades', but it would still be the grade offer stated on the relevant course page.

I know someone with a contextual offer from Sheffield which was a grade lower than the uni's stated standard contextual offer. So it's possible the uni could be flexible with contextual offers but nothing is guaranteed.
