Hi

So generally you'll be doing approx 45 weeks at university/ placement's each academic term.
You'll get approx 7 weeks holidays which is generally at the end of each term - two weeks at Christmas and new year, around two weeks at Easter time, about a week to ten days at the end of the academic year before starting your new academic year in September/ January.

Rest of your holidays will be determined and set by the university you attending, you'll also get time of usual for exams weeks, reading weeks.

University for nursing and other healthcare students tend to be different from colleges and schools.

There's some universities that somehow get there whole year coursework done to allow the nursing students summer of but not every university does that this way.

You'll probably have to await your university timetable to see how there have allocated your academic year for placement, university study weeks and the holidays 😔.

I never had summer of as was either at university over the summer months or on a placement depending on how they allocate your coursework over the year.

I attended Edinburgh Napier university and qualified in summer of 2019.
