Where can I find the 1993 release of the Rosie & Jim Sailing VHS tape?

I have been on eBay and other sites for the past 15 months or so and I haven’t seen hyde nor hair of the video tape yet. I know it exists. The only releases I could find are the early video tape release from the Video Collection in 1991 and the CTE video releases from around 1997 (and those last ones are nothing more than direct reissues of the 1991 tape)
For those who don’t know, Rosie and Jim is a children’s TV show from the 90s produced by Ragdoll Productions.
