Hi Valentina,

Have you made your application and your partner is trying to support the application?

Thanks,
Clair

Yes but but at the time he was working, since then he is not working there anymore and I can't provide as evidence the last three months invoices/payslips

Have you applied as a spouse of a Migrant Worker?

Thanks,

he got a settled status and I have pre settled status that’s why they ask me for evidence from him to support me with the application.
I already had 4 months from the time I applied for.

He was working but not with a contract and also he is a self-employed but they need evidence from his income like self employed. other options I can use is that his mom is with us in the house and she is working and she got all the evidence but I don’t know if this can be possible. if she can support my application?

We can't use your mother in laws details to support your application. If you husband doesn't have certain evidence from employment, he can contact employer for this information. If he can't get this from them, he can contact his local tax office to request a statement of earnings.

If he's self employed, he would send his invoices in along with his correspondence bank statements and proof of his Unique Tax Reference number. If he has a completed and finalised tax self assessment, he can also send a copy of this in.

Thanks,
Claire
