Hello xle_ah,

Living alone at university can be quite challenging for some. Is there anything in particular that you're worried about when it comes to living alone at university? Is there any specific type of accomodation that you're looking to moving into?

Usually when you live alone at university, you'll have to become more independent. So you'll be responsible for paying your rent, cooking and cleaning. However, living alone isn't all that bad as you often have greater flexibility when living alone compared to living at home.

In terms of how to cope, I would recommend familiarising yourself with the facilites and support available at the university that your looking to attend as each university is different. Joining societies can be a great way to meet new people and build connections.
