Uni grade

Hi i am hoping to get a 2.1 in my university degree in psychology
From what I’ve heard my 2nd year is worth 40% and 3rd 60%
I just receive grades back from 2 assignments from 2 seperate Modules and I got a 45/100 in one and 42/100 in another
This is just one assignment not the overall module
What do I need to get overall in my second year through modules to get me towards getting a 2.1 overall?
Lots of my peers have said that you need at least 60% in all modules both 2nd/3rd hear to get a 2.1 overall?

To give you an idea, if you average 50 in your second year you would need 66.66 in third year to average 60 overall. If you get 55 in second year then you would need 63.33.

You need to check your degree regulations rather than rely on what you hear, but you certainly won't need 60+ in every module.

Hi

Uni grading systems can sometimes be confusing and stressful.

I would advise you to speak to your module leader as they will be able to help you interpret your scores and advise you as to what you need to achieve in future assignments to achieve your dream grade.

I hope this helps,
