plymoutn document reminder

hii i’m a bit confused as plymouth keep messaging on the portal to say that there’s a document reminder but i have submitted the documents apart from the dbs and the occupational health check as i can’t do it right now as details wont be provided till march/april time?

Email/ call administration and ask just so everything is cleared up and your not missing anything for your offer
