Applying to university

I want to apply to the University of Birmingham for computer science and mathematics but I don't have quite the grade and idk if I should take the apply with the AAD(distinction) I have or just let it be

Cool, and what’s their AL+BTEC offer for the course? IE how far below are you?

I just looked at it and wanted to let you know if you are doing BTEC IT and A Level Computer Science, the website says that combination would not be accepted.

Also, I am pretty sure Birmingham has an offer calculator, so you might want to give that a try.

But even though your grades are slightly below their standard offer, you may be eligible for contextual offer and there truly is no shame trying. Better to be rejected knowing you tried than regretting that you never tried. Good luck.
