Year 12 Work Experience London AND OXBRIDGE

i am currently a year 12 student who is hoping to study medicine. I have a work experience week during june (and during term time). i was wondering if anyone has any idea of good hospitals perferably which offer work experience because im looking at some and kings dont do it, queen mary's is full and idk where else to do it?
i also don't know of anywhere else other than a hospital which would be good to do work experience in for medicine.
As a side note i really aspire to apply to Oxbridge for medicine but Im unsure of which one to apply to?? If there are any medical students that do attend to OXBRIDGE could u also maybe let me know what extra/supra curriculars are good and what they like because I keep trying to do work experience and I also do EPQ and wider reading but im not sure what else :/
