Graduate route visa
My course was MBA with placement year in CAs letter .I have completed MBA and got certification from university that successfully completed MBA master's degree.But because my course was with placement year and I have started the placement year but couldn't complete it because I went to India.University has terminated me saying I am not eligible for graduate route visa because I have not completed my placement year because it was mentioned in CAS MBA with placement year.University didn't notify home office of course completion and says even if I apply they are going to say that I have not completed the course.
When I went to solicitor he says you have already completed your master's degree you don't need to complete placement year.You will be eligible for graduate route visa and even if university didn't notify but when home office sends mail confirming you have completed the course they need to say yes the student has completed Masters degree because you already got the certification from university.
Anyone was in the same situation and got the graduate route visa please guide me.
